Principal of Castle View Elementary School
Rosalba Rodriguez has been in education for 20 years. She started as an instructional assistant at the district she is currently a principal at. Rosalba started her career in administration as an assistant principal in 2019 months before the pandemic began. She was promoted to principal in 2021. She has been at her school site now two years. She has been an administrator for four years total. She is a happily married and mother of two daughters. Her goal is to be a role model to her daughters by also providing a safe home for them.
Her passion is to be an equity champion to all. Innovation is something she is drawn to. Supporting all at her site is her goal!
