Dr. David Heiber is a renowned educator, entrepreneur, and systems-level leader in student engagement and school reengagement. He is the founder of Concentric Educational Solutions, a national organization known for its community-rooted approach to tackling chronic absenteeism and reconnecting students to learning through high-trust, face-to-face engagement.
With a career spanning school leadership and large-scale education innovation, Dr. Heiber’s work sits at the intersection of purpose, performance, and people, helping districts translate student needs into real action. He is also the founder of Redemption Social Solutions, expanding his impact through new initiatives that support the growth and sustainability of Black-led education ventures, including the Black Educational Business Alliance (BEBA).
